The firm was originally founded by the late Frank Earle more than fifty years ago.  There are two partners, Mike Waller and Mike Harding, further details of whom are given below.  They are the only fee-earners and we can therefore offer personal attention at partner level in respect of all matters.  Our aim is to provide a friendly and efficient service

Mike Waller (email: mikew@earleandwaller.co.uk) was admitted in 1968.  His main areas of work are commercial conveyancing; company and commercial work; leasehold enfranchisement certain types of commercial litigation and employment law.  He is a member of the “Lawyers for your Business” scheme.

Mike Harding (email: mikeh@earleandwaller.co.uk) was admitted in 1974 and his main areas of work are residential conveyancing; probate trust work. wills and commercial conveyancing  He is a member of the Law Society’s Probate Practitioners Group.

Our offices are situated south of the North Circular Road at the junction of Green Lanes with Belsize Avenue , London N13.  Parking is usually available in Belsize Avenue.  The nearest railway stations are Wood Green (London Underground) - approximately fifteen minutes’ walk and Bowes Park (London Overground from Moorgate to Hertford North) - approximately ten minutes’ walk.  Buses 121, 141, 329 and  29  pass the door.
